Celine's first French language 'Best Of' album 'On ne change pas,' features hit songs such as "D'amour ou d'amitié," "Ziggy," "Pour que tu m'aimes encore," "S'il suffisait d'aimer," and "Sous le vent." This beautiful 2-disc compilation also includes three new songs; "Je ne vous oublie pas," "Tous les secrets" and "I Believe In You" (duet with Il Divo) 'On ne change pas' is also available in a Collectors' Edition digipack with bonus DVD featuring 30 minutes of exclusive images and the video for "Je ne vous oublie pas."

Chart Success:
On ne change pas became another commercial success in French-speaking countries, spending seven consecutive weeks at number 1 in France, and three weeks at the top in Belgium Wallonie and Quebec. The album peaked at number 2 in Canada and Switzerland.

It has sold over 1.5 million copies worldwide. On ne change pas spent over a year on the French chart and was certified 3x platinum for selling 615,000 copies (108,687 in the first week which was a record for a compilation). The album was also certified 3x platinum in Canada for selling 150,000 copies (34,000 in the first week), platinum in Belgium (50,000) and gold in Switzerland (20,000). It was the best selling compilation and 7th best selling album in France in 2005. It became also the best selling album in Quebec and 4th best selling album in Belgium Wallonie the same year.

The leadoff single "Je ne vous oublie pas" reached number 2 in France and was certified silver. "Tous les secrets" peaked at number 20 and "I Believe in You" at number 30. The latter was also released in the United States as a promotional single, reaching number 31 on the Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks.
