'S'il suffisait d'aimer' is Celine's 4th french-language studio album. The project reunites Celine Dion and Jean-Jacques Goldman, who last worked together on the very successful album 'D'eux' (also known as 'The French Album') which sold just under 6 million units worldwide. 'S'il suffisait d'aimer' was written by Jean-Jacques Goldman with Erick Benzi (who contributed two songs to the album).

Chart Success:
S'il Suffisait D'aimer is the second (after D'eux) best-selling French album of all time. It topped the charts for five weeks in Switzerland, four weeks in France and Belgium Wallonia, and one week in Canada, Greece and Europe. The album sold 4 million copies in total, including 1.5 million in France alone. S'il suffisait d'aimer became the second (after D'eux) French-language album to be certified gold in the United Kingdom. It was certified also in others non French-speaking countries.
